Does william lloyd garrison uphold the sacredness of inviolability of the compact

William Lloyd Garrison believed that the compact (the agreement formed between slave and free states on signing the Constitution) was not sacred. It was in fact wicked, and should be overturned,since it should have been null and void from the beginning.
