The antibiotics, hormones, industrial products and genetically modified organisms are the products of biotechnology.

Reproductive cloning of humans cannot be considered as the advantage of biotechnology because of the following reasons:

1. Difficulty in establishing identity:  We human beings differ from each other on the basis of differences in the physical and genetic features. If the clones are developed than it would become difficult to assign identity to a person.  

2. It is against ethics: The human beings and other organisms are natural creation the human induced technology to develop a life can be against the nature's regulation. Therefore, human cloning is against the ethics.

3. It can be costly and technology efficient process: The technology used to create human clone can be expensive and time consuming.
