Why aren’t mineral deposits harvested from deep water?

Currently the technology that we are using is not not that developed that it can dig deep inside the water so that it can the resources present in the deep water can be used.

The technology needs to be more developed in order to get the minerals out of the water.

The technology is getting developed these days sooner there will be tools and machines available to exploit the resources.
