Increasing perennials in the cropping system. Practices that reduce delivery of nitrate to the field's edge.

Reduced drainage intensity.

Recycling drainage water.

Bioreactors.

Wetlands.

A state legislator- Laws prohibiting unlawful use of nitrogen and should executed strictly.
