Prepare a menu in which the foods are produced or prepared with the assistance of microbes (bacteria or protists). Your menu should include at least 5 items (drink, foods, dessert) and a description of the microbial process involved in making the food.

On the side, vegetables (ex. green beans, etc.) is a good source of essential vitamins.

for dessert, Strawberry shortcake is a decently "healthy" dessert, as it has strawberries for fruit, a "cake bread", which is grains, contributing to a healthy balanced daily meal, and the topping (ex. whipped cream) can give you daily sugar, also part of a balanced meal.

for drinks, water is an ideal liquid, or milk is good for you, too.
