Que es una anomalía cromosómica?

Las anomalías cromosómicas numéricas son la pérdida o la ganancia de uno o varios cromosomas. Pueden afectar tanto a autosomas (cualquier cromosoma que no sea sexual) como a cromosomas sexuales. Existen diferentes tipos: Monosomía: pérdida de un cromosoma.
