City A is colder than city B because, first of all yes it could be near the equator, which means its the opposite for other countrys, winter/Summer would be Summer/Winter, second of all, whcih equator? North pole has an eqautor nearby to, and it makes it colder, and judging by the average tempature it's closer to the north pole, the sun could be covered up by clouds, it could be winter, and it probbably is colder cause of the winds that form, wind is cool isn't it?
