According to the information found in the graph, what argument can be made about
how macromolecules are utilized in the body?
People should consume more protein in their diet because it provides the most
energy during exercise.
People who plan to do more strenuous (harder) exercise need to be sure to
consume enough carbohydrates in their diet for energy.
Both carbohydrates and lipids are utilized in equal amounts during all levels of
exercises and should be consumed in moderate amounts in their diets.
People should consume less fat in their diets because it leads to obesity and
heart disease.
