EXPLANATION:

As we already know that the shadow zone is the area of the earth from angular distances of 104 to 140 degrees from a given earthquake that does not receive any direct P waves.

QUESTION:

Seismic waves travel a curving path through the earth due to changes in composition, pressure, and temperature within the layers of the Earth. Seismic waves travel at different speeds through different materials. In this 2-layer model two wave fronts leave an impact at the same time but the lower layer is faster.

jk but i am serious about the part that most people cant answer it beacuse you did not mention the section you are talking about. but it would if you added some detail and were a bit more specific.

there is not 1 highest source of protein, but there are many; meats, fish, poultry, seafood, cheese, eggs, yogurt and milk. the only non complete animal food that is beneficial is gelatin.
