E10
In the framework of studying the immune memory, some mice were injected twice by sheep
red blood cells (SRBC). In the spleen, the number of B lymphocytes is measured after each
injection. Results are shown in the document below.

First injection of SRBC
Second injection of SRBC
1 - Specify the nature of the immune response triggered against SRBC.
2- Indicate the mode of action of B lymphocytes against SRBC.
3- Draw a comparative table between the 1st and the 2nd injection in relation to the date of
the injection of SRBC, the time of appearance of BL anti-SRBC, the maximum number of
BL, and the duration of their presence in the body.
4. Determine the characteristics of the secondary response.

Ras is a g-protein that is activated when a growth factor attaches to egfr. its activation results in the replacement of a gdp molecule with a gtp molecule, thus allowing a signal transduction pathway to be activated. considering the signal pathway illustrated on this page, what is one potential outcome of a mutation in the ras gene that leads to ras protein hyperactivity. be specific.
