Ecosystem Observations The soccer field is mowed weekly. Ant hills were present and two mockingbirds 1.Soccer field on campus were seen gathering food from the field. No other animals were present. 2.Drainage ditch near the Crayfish and tadpoles were seen swimming in the ditch. A large bird flew into road the ditch and was looking for food. Field corn is the only crop growing in the field, but a skunk was spotted, along with many different species of insects and small birds. No large predators were 3.Agricultural field seen. 4.Wooded park with a stream that runs through it Small fish, crayfish, tadpoles, insects, turtles, and ducks were all seen in the park. A deer was spotted in the distance. Although no birds were seen, they could be heard chirping in the trees. Based on these observations, which ecosystem is likely the most sustainable over time?​
