In order for the people to be able to perform recreational activities, the terrain has to be set up for it, and this means making tracks, clearing up spaces, even building objects, and that all damages the environment.

When we are at the soil erosion, all of the mentioned things that have to be done in order that the recreational activities can take place, are actually increasing the erosion rates. That is because portions of the land are cleared out of the vegetation, and once the vegetation is gone, the soil is left without protection, and there isn't any roots to hold the soil tightly. Because of that, the bear soil starts to quickly erode.
