Acertain stem cell produces red blood cells, platelets, and some other kinds of vascular tissue. what kind of stem cell is it?

This is talking about Multipotent stem cells. These are cells that have the capacity to self-renew and they do it by dividing themselves and developing multiple specialised cell types that can be found in an especific location that can be an organ or a tissue. The adult stem cells are considered multipotent stem cells 

Ibelieve the answer is relative humidity  because it makes more sense that way. solar flares usually occur in space it doesn't affect the earth, well it could but it wont make a significant damage.  latitude is land it doesnt do anything. prevailing winds, i dont know the correct meaning for this but i doubt that affects the land so it has to be relative humidity.
