What are the main organs of the muscular system

There are three types of muscle tissue: Visceral, cardiac, and skeletal. Visceral Muscle. Visceral muscle is found inside of organs like the stomach, intestines, and blood vessels. The major types of muscle systems are the skeletal muscles, cardiac muscles and smooth muscles. The skeletal muscles are voluntary muscles, whereas the smooth and cardiac muscles are involuntary ones.

When the ball is rising up, it gains kinetic energy. when the ball reaches the very top, it will have all potential energy, until it falls back down and gains it kinetic energy. finally when you catch the ball or it falls back down, it would have gained its potential energy back.
