Distinguish between fitness and adaptation. give an examples of each

Fitness =being healthy adaptations=being able to adapt to your surrondings

"Natural fitness" means the establishment of a species with nature. When some organism suits it's environment then it is said to be natural fit.
Example. - Hawk in predation.

"Adaptation" means, finally established organism, who has already changed it's original characteristic due to change in it;s environment. It is very important for someone's survival in drastic condition.
Example. - Cactus in Deserts
