Venus and Earth are sometimes referred to as "sister planets" because they share some similarities. The two planets are about the same size and have about the same mass, or weight. However, these two planets have many differences. Venus has no oceans and is much
hotter than Earth. Venus alsorotates, or spins, in a clockwise direction. All of the other planets rotate in a counter-clockwise direction.
