Is there life on other planets? Are we the only intelligent beings in the universe? What is the reason for your opinion?

Of course there has to be other form of life species out there. I dont think anyone can tell me otherwise mainly because of how big it is in space. Other galaxies maybe even other universes. I think its just simple minded to think we are the only intelligent beings in the whole universe, when their could b multi universes as well.
