A group of students has been testing electromagnets in the lab. They made an electromagnet by wrapping copper wire around a nail. For one set of tests, they wrapped the wire around the nail 25 times. For the second set of tests, they wrapped the wire around the nail 50 times. They also have 4 different batteries: 1.5 V, 3.0 V, 4.5 V, 6.0 V, 7.5 V, 9.0 V, 10.5 V, and 12.0 V. They use their electromagnets to see how many paper clips each can pick up. 1.Identify the independent variable:
2.Identify the dependent variable:
3.On which axis will the independent variable be plotted? (Circle, highlight, or delete one) x y

For each electromagnet, three trials were conducted at each voltage. The data was recorded in the tables below. Calculate the average number of paper clips picked up (round your answer to the nearest ones).

Graphing both sets of data on the same graph (you will have to use different colors to distinguish between each line/set of points and include a legend explaining what the colors represent), show the average number of paper clips each electromagnet picked up for each voltage tested.
You will need to determine which data to plot on the x-axis and which data to plot on the y-axis. You will also need to determine the scales for each axis – do not plot the data as the axis intervals – that is not the correct way to the graph. Once you have plotted the points, draw a line of best fit or a trend line to represent the line for each data set – do not do a connect the dots type of line Properly label the axes (your unit for the paper clips will be β€œeach”) and give the graph a title. Remember to use as much of the graph paper as possible, do not cram the data into one small section of the graph paper.

Anurse is preparing to administer ampicillin 500 mg in 50 ml of dextrose 5% in water (d5w) to infuse over 15 min. the drop factor of the manual iv tubing is 10 gtt/ml. the nurse should set the manual iv infusion to deliver how many gtt/min? (round the answer to the nearest whole number. use a leading zero if it applies. do not use a trailing zero.)

Ras is a g-protein that is activated when a growth factor attaches to egfr. its activation results in the replacement of a gdp molecule with a gtp molecule, thus allowing a signal transduction pathway to be activated. considering the signal pathway illustrated on this page, what is one potential outcome of a mutation in the ras gene that leads to ras protein hyperactivity. be specific.
