Some types of fish have a gas bladder that can fill with air. This bladder has vascular tissue that fills the bag with oxygen, a gas gland that regulates the amount, muscle tissue that squeezes the bladder to let out air and nervous tissue that allows the fish to control the amount of air in the bladder.
