A local fitness club has been asked to promote some new dietary supplements that claim to increase muscle mass quickly by providing high levels of protein. Before agreeing, the club wants to find out what is in these supplements. In particular, they want to know if they are mostly protein (as claimed), or if they contain fillers such as starch and sugar. The club has asked your company for help in determining this. Your supervisor has asked you to compile a report for the company. You have been given the previous technician's notes and experimental protocols (see below). Unfortunately, based on the lack of notes, you can tell why the technician was fired. Using the information provided, design a complete protocol to use and then follow that to test the supplements. Be sure to record your results in preparation for report submission.
