When proteins are subjected to extreme conditions (eg: very high temperatures or low pH) they unfold and are less able or completely unable to carry out their specific functions. This process is called denaturing. Usually, denaturing affects a protein's secondary & tertiary structure, but not its primary structure. Explain this observation
