Not exactly sure what you are asking. However, there are two central tissues in plant cells: phloem and xylem. Phloem moves nutrients, air, and essential nutrients DOWN throughout the cells. Xylem transports water UP throughout the cell. Together, they allow photosynthesis to occur. Remember, water is separated during photosynthesis to allow the ETC (electron transport chain) to continue to flow. If the ETC flows, the organism can go. The oxygen is then released as a by-product. Sugar and nutrients such as nitrogen, then allow for the Light-Dependent Reaction to occur in the stroma. Hope this helps!
