An mRNA transcribed from the template strand of the SIRT3 gene produce a correct sequence of SIRT3 protein because of complementary rule.

DNA Complementary rule:

It is the phenomenon where specific Nitrogenous bases bond with certain bases only.

So, this produce two type of strands, Non- template strand and Template strand.

Template strand form mRNA sequence which is similar to the non-template strand because of the complementary of DNA.

Therefore,  an mRNA transcribed from the template strand of the SIRT3 gene produce a correct sequence of SIRT3 protein.
