Phases of Matter Activity Now it is your turn to show what you know about phases of matter and thermal energy transfer! Your task is to create a presentation to explain the transformation of a substance as it changes phases. You may choose to write a story or create a comic strip. For your story or comic, you will create a main character and detail the adventure as your character is exposed to thermal energy, causing it to undergo phase changes from a solid, to a liquid, to a gas. You may create your own comic strip using drawings, presentation software, or this comic strip template.

Your presentation must include the following:

title and introduction of your character, including what substance the character is made of
source of thermal energy your character encountered (conduction, convection, and/or radiation)
detailed description and/or diagram of the particle transformation from solid to liquid phase
detailed description and/or diagram of the particle transformation from liquid to gas phase

Once upon a time, there was an ice cube called Mr Ice cube being packed to go to an ice cream shop with several other ice cubes .After arriving, an ice cream worker stored the ice cubes in a cooler and later put them in the water pitcher. While being carried to a table Mr Ice cube was completely awestruck by his surroundings. The ice cream worker placed the glass on the table and walked away after the thirsty customer drank almost half the water. The lucky ice cube did not get drunk but he had to watch all his friends get eaten alive. Mr Ice cube started to panic, he watched as the customer checked his phone and just as he was reaching to grab the glass again his elbow hit the glass and all the remaining ice cubes fell on the floor. No one cared another to clean the melting ice cubes so Mr ice cube laid there and looked at the sky. The outside air was extremely humid and hot. Mr Ice cube knew he was made out of water and would start evaporating but he wasn’t scared instead he started feeling more/ more relaxed and he watched the world pass around him as he drifted to the clouds. His new home.
