What is antibiotic resistance and why should we be
worried?

Antibiotic resistance is when bacteria develops a resistance or an immunity against antibiotics. If this evolution/adaptation becomes widespread, our healthcare system could see a mass rise in deaths due to us not being be able to effectively treat the bacteria which is causing harm.
