If your looking to live longer in life then here's some things to do witch I'm sure seems very obvious but are true: Eat healthy, exercise, and *Yes* being happy.

Eating healthy: makes you more energetic and keeps your bones strong.

Exercise: Keeps your bones, muscles, and joints healthy, It Make you less likely to have things like diabetes, colon cancer, and osteoporosis witch can cause early death, It Lowers your blood pressure, Helps Manage stress and improve your mood, and Eases symptoms of anxiety and depression.
