The amount of energy received from the producer will determine the amount of energy that will be available for others to share, when enough energy is transferred they all have enough to share but when the energy level is low the individual on the web also receive a low energy this may affect the population leading to a reduction,

It can also lead to competition among the organisms,migration out of environment to search for food. But When the energy level is high or on the increase it leads to growth and development among the organism.
