We have to take two identical samples of our experiment. Place one sample at a room temperature of 25 degree Celsius and the other to be heated to 40 degree Celsius. Now we have to check the concentration of the product for each temperature. And while checking the sample which is heated, we see that at some point, the rate where the substrate is being converted in to product  decreases as the enzyme denaturation and the reaction will stop.
