Someone pls help i get it that it look hard, and there is some people who dont actually help. but plss help me. One of the projects in the Delta Plan focuses on restoring Decker Island, an island located near the Sacramento River. To control the flow of water around the island, levees were built on the island to block the flow of water through the island. This prevented flooding on the island, but also reduced the deposition of nutrients important for the wetland ecosystem. In order to restore the ecosystem, the Delta Plan includes breaching the levee in two places to improve water flow. Some people living near the island are concerned that this modification may be unsafe. What is one safety concern that may arise from the implementation of this plan? What is one change that can be considered to mitigate this concern? How would this change affect the goal of restoring the wetland ecosystem?
