Soraya left some soup in the refrigerator. She looked at the soup every day, but she always decided not to eat it. After five days, she started to see mold growing on the surface of the soup. She looked up mold online and found that mold is made of fungal cells. If she ate the soup before she saw the mold, on day 4 when it was still growing, would she have gotten sick?

Soraya was not able to see the mold before the fifth day because the bacteria was still devolving. I believe if she are the soup on the forth day she could have possibly gotten sick because of the bacteria in the soup.
