Please help I need some to calculate this for me.

Pro Tip 1: To calculate the % of cells at rest (in interphase), divide the number of cells in interphase by the total # of cells in the slide (cells in telophase may look like they are almost 2 cells, but you can still count them as 1).
# of cells in interphase ÷ total cells = % of cells at rest

Pro Tip 2: To calculate the % of cells dividing (or mitotic index), add up the cells in prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. Divide that number by the total # of cells in the slide.

There are 20 cells in each column, to find the ones at rest we simply take the first number in the column and devide it by the number of cells (in this case 20) once we find the percent of cells at rest, we subtract from 100 to see the cells deviding!
