Deer has two relationships with its environment such as mutualism and predation. With plants, deer has relationship of mutualism because both gets benefit from one another. Plants provides food to the deer whereas deer provides nutrients to the plants in the form of urine and faeces.

Deer has predation relationship with lion because the lion gets its food by killing the deer so we can conclude that deer has mutualism and predation relationships with its environment.
