The tissue that forms the outer surface of the body is a stratified squamous keratinized epithelium.

It should be noted that the cells on the surface of stratified squamous keratinized epithelium are very flat. The surface layer of dead cells is vital for protecting the body.

The tissue that lines the digestive tract that is, the intestine is made from a layer of columnar cells that is important for the facilitation of the absorption of nutrients.

Is made from 1 layer of columnar cells that facilitate the absorption of nutrients. Both tissues are epithelia.

i believe it's c. the trait for large beaks will be passed on to future generations through natural selection.

since eventually smaller beaks would have to find another source of food or even eventually just die out from the lack of food.
