Whales are known as mammals and are found in deep and larger waterbodies such as the ocean. They are great divers who can dive as far as 2,500meters in search of food for its survival.

Whales are also known to change color as they age. The color change is commonly from their grey color to white color. Some scientific study believe the color change is as a result of injuries sustained by action of humans which means the older the whales the more encounter it must have had with a human.

the level of progesterone is low at the pre-ovulatory phase of the cycle but it gradually increases and the levels are high at the luteal phase. if pregnancy occurs, the level of progesterone will be high throughout the pregnancy.

if egg is fertilized and the mother gets pregnant, progesterone starts preparing the uterus for the implantation. it starts building up the lining of uterus and make it hostile of the period of pregnancy.
