1. The main difference between the cup method and Morse code is sound. 2. If one were using the string method to go around the block there will be limitations on how far and tightly the string may be stretched and what obstacles will be in the way. If one were to use Morse code it will undoubtedly be more convenient and clearer.

3. If there were two experts on both ends acting like a computer the information between the two persons will be quicker and faster considering they do not need to wait for information from another person which may cause a delay then.

Finally, Morse code is faster. String and cup method should be reserved for very short distances where sensitive information is not transmitted.
