what is needed to be done is reduction of the 12 glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate,  in presence of NADPH, and hydrolysis of ATP to produce 2 molecules of triose phosphate.(TP). The point of carbohydrate production in photosynthesis.

Statistically 5/6 of the TP is used to regenerate RuBP,for the cycle to continue, while the remaining 1/6 is for production of other molecules; glucose, Amino acids and lipids.

This marks the end of Calvin Cycle.
