Solids atoms are very closely packed and have little or no movement at all. When a solid object is heated, it's atoms gain kinetic energy and convert into liquid form. The liquid form has a definite volume but not a definite shape. When liquids are heated then gain kinetic energy and convert into a gas. Gas neither have a definite shape nor a definite volume.

in the given case, the oxygen saturation is measured at 93 percent, hence, there is no need to administer oxygen, that is, one should withhold oxygen.
