Lysosomes: Plant cell lack lysosomes. In animals lysosomes are present for digesting cellular macromolecules.

Plastids: Chloroplast is a plastid which is used by plants for photosynthesis. Animal cells lack plastids.

Vacuole: Animal cells have a small pushed to one end of the cell. Plant cell have a large vacuole at the center of the cell.
