somatic cells are  grown in the laboratory.

donor cells with the nucleus removed are provided.

the  somatic  cells nucleus  are removed, and planted into the donor cells.

the donor cells  undergo pseudo fertilization, and the embryo formed.

the inner mass cells is harvested  for the embryonic cells with the death of embryo,
