it is generally known and approved that any increase in the complexity of habitat will cause increase in the disturbance  in community diversity.after the conduction of many studies, it was conducted that the the species show variation in their abundance and distribution to habitat complexity.

i believe it would cause an increase of percipitation, though i could be wrong. so i would say b is the answer.
