Which of the following best explains why what we know about cells is called a theory and not a law? we do not have enough evidence yet to call cell theory a law. we have not reviewed cell behavior enough yet to call it a law. cell theory is still changing but may eventually become a law. cell theory explains cell behavior where a law would describe it.
