Why do we eat fruits and vegetables to get vitamins?

Well, vegetables contain many nutrients, including potassium and dietary fiber. They also help maintain a healthy blood pressure. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals, which will help you feel healthy and energized!
