Explanation:

The tropical rainforest biome is located near the equatorial region where the amount of sunlight is maximum. As a result of which this area experiences maximum rainfall, that helps in the increasing amount of plants and animal species. This provides all the essential nutrients required by the organisms. Here, in this region, the temperature throughout the year remains high and receives the highest amount of rainfall.

The tundra biome is located in and around the polar region. The temperature in this region remains very cold, supporting a good number of plant and animal species.  

The desert biome is located along the 30° latitude in both the hemisphere. The temperature remains relatively very high throughout the year due to the lack of rainfall. The region is very dry. There is significantly less amount of plants in this region.
