8 oz. uncooked narrow noodles or spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
Heat butter in 10-inch frying pan. Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper until oni
tender. Stir stewed tomatoes, sour cream, mushrooms, water and seasonings into meat
Gently stir in noodles. Cover skillet and simmer gently for about 20 minutes or until nood
tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
