Although radically different in appearance, le corbusier's villa savoye and frank lloyd wright's fallingwater can both be described as architecture.

The concept of modern architecture was already used in the structures of Villa Savoye and Fallingwater. Furthermore, this type of architecture emerged after the second world war and the style has been dominant to the structural industry at the second half of the 20th century.
