What is it,
It is a feeling, a pain,
A thing that keeps us from our friends,
A virus that causes hurt and despair,
A virus that caused our wishes to disappear,
This has caused exposure,
And brought out our deepest fears,
The fears that distract us from life,
The fears that also takes our life,
The virus spread from one person to another,
Wondering if this our life I asked mother,
I lay down for a while,
Wondering why virus then I shout,
What wrong mother said,
The virus I don’t wanna be dead,
As long as we’re inside,
You don’t have to worry cause will be alive,
I lay there again nice and calm,
With princess my teddy in my palm,
I lift her up and hold her tight,
And whisper everything is fine,
I stare at the stars for a dream,
Then I say goodnight teddy and go to sleep.
