Project: Conducting an Analysis and Writing a Report Assignment Directions
1. Conduct an analysis of your own kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. Check the dates on all packages. Is your food fresh, or did you
find some that were past the use by dates? Where are the chemicals stored? Where is food stored? Get a thermometer and take
the temperature of your storage areas.
2. Write a report about your findings. Do you have recommendations? Be specific. Include at least three photos.
Submission Requirements
Type your findings in a 500-word report with at least three photos.
Turn it in to your instructor.
