usually, crying is seen as unprofessional, but nowadays, most employers or fellow employees will be understanding of your distress and they will usually be authentic.   but you should try to hold it in or say that you need a break and wait until after the meeting when you've had a chance to calm down to discuss the issue that is going on. hope that !
