How do you think instrumentalists select their instrument of choice? Is it by chance?

usually it’s by choice but it can also be by cultural background and even social norms someone could pick it based on many things but I would say it’s by choice

Most of the time, instruments are chosen by choice and/or by a group of instruments.

I'm a percussionist, ours were put into groups and we basically just got assigned while some were chosen by choice.

1 - since it's a library, i'd like putting a sculpture from ancient greece, probably from the hellenistic epoch.

2 - i'd also like the statue to be from a famous person from that time, a philosopher of possible.

3 - i'd want the statue to be of a man sitting down on a tree stump with a book on his hands (either writing or reading), to demonstrate the love for reading.

4 - i'd also like to have the statue with a darkish colour and high contrast, as well as a statue that resembles balance and a little movement on his head if he is reading or on his hand if he's writing.
