hey, depression  is just you getting in your own head my mom has depression and i help her though it by saying " just remember you are always loved and nobody can say else." but anyways you are always loved nonmatter what other people say. but you  are you and nobody can change it <3

also i'm like a train reach bc i have my period and i have all different emotions and i keep telling myself that is all just inside my head
